3-hour hands on beginners sourdough class at The Spoon Shop. Learn how to mix high-hydration sourdough bread, how to ferment dough naturally, and how to utilize and maintain the sourdough starter. We also will show you what to do with leftover starter.
Participants must bring their own 8” wide mixing bowl and linen towel. Sourdough bread and dips will be served. All participants will leave with their own shaped dough to bake at home the following day, sourdough starter, instructions on how to maintain, and recipes.
