Large traditional German holiday bread, mixed with local flavors and naturally leavened with our sourdough starter. This sharable loaf is full of Big Island grown spices and house candied lemon, orange, grapefruit, and fresh ginger. Studded with Hawaiian dark rum soaked raisins, cranberries, and mac nut marzipan. Dipped in butter and finished with a layer of powdered sugar.
